Andrew at Boulevard 3 – Hit me up on facebook!
For all of your bottle service, birthday party, and group guestlist info.
Great place to be – The place is good but just beware of the expensive bottle service
Wonderful! – I had my bday party here and Ive gotta tell you they know how to help you host an event! Not to mention the fruit and choc fountains in the club and the massive dance floor to enjoy. The drinks are flowing and you can never have a bad night at Blvd3! Check it out!
yo!! – the venue doesn't work with promoters... brilliant!
Always a blast – I really like it here. It's a very cool venue.
Worth checking out – Great spot for a big group.
This place is awful – These people didn't not return 3 of my calls, when I finally did get a human voice on the phone they made my reservation for bottle service. They acted like I owe them someething. When we finally got there the bouncer knew nothing about our reservation. We ended up leaving and went to Social Hollywood, which was AWESOME!!!!
Cool Club – When I went to blvd 3 it was to celebrate a party so we had the whole bottle service V.I.P thing going on but even if we didnt great place to go. Music is a little different for me I am an R&B girl but didnt bother me. Met people from France and Sweden and must say great experience. The best thing is the ambiance
B E A utiful club and outside area....try it
It's cool – Been here a couple times. It has a good ambience and energy but not always my type of crowd. But I would recommend it to people who wanna just hang out and have a good time.
Boulevard 3 – this place was cool. they are definitely trying to be one of the trendier places. We left Club Sushi on sunset and came here but left early due to the overload of yuppies.
Awesome – I love the out door area of this club. I think they shoot a lot of tv shows at this club. Always see camera crews here
Hollywood Fun w/out the Attitude – Blvd. 3 is one of my all time favorite party spots in LA and anywhere for that matter including Vegas. Sophisticated, classy and trendy are just some of the adjectives that come to mind to describe this Hollywood spot. Set up like a mansion, it has everything you would want; an outdoor area, firepits, large dance floor and many vip cabanas and tables abound. The best part about it is I have never once been given an attitude and Rebecca who is the main promoter is a true sweetheart. If you are looking to celebrate right - get to Blvd. 3 before 10!
Beautiful club, I went with a mixed group of boys and girls and STILL the bouncers were really friendly- particularly Shawn?? (and hot) also- the music was ridiclous, a mix of what you would expect a – Beautiful club, I went with a mixed group of boys and girls and STILL the bouncers were really friendly- particularly Shawn?? (and hot) also- the music was amazing- a mix of what you would want in a club, and not to mention, great tracks you haven't even heard. I would recommend this club to everyone!!! OH YEAH and the "go-go" dancers- the best I've seen, it is quite obvious they are more than your typical go-go dancers- I was very impressed. Also- a great, live-size video of them on the walls?? Great ambiance. Made a great "energy for our group to dance!!
My Sure good time club – Some people complain about this spot but everytime I go there I have the best time and meet cool people. There's usually a special event going on everything from Playboy parties...been to a few of those, to afterparties for movies and awards. Always packed, never seen it empty, and the outdoor lounge area contrast the indoor dance dance revolution side so you get the best of both worlds.
Awesome Bday Party!!! GREAT SERVICE!! – I had my birthday at Boulevard 3 on a Friday night and it was AWESOME!!! I got bottle service for my guests. The service was great and the staff was wonderful...the venue beautiful! I had my 21st birthday at another hollywood club and service was TERRIBLE. I'm so happy there are places like Boulevard 3 out there!! My guests were treated well and got in right away! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Good music, good crowd, lots of fun. I emailed the venue with reservations and they got back to me right away. Special thanks to Rebecca she was wonderful and helped me with my plans!!! Would definitely recommend this place for a classy upscale bday!
This place is the worst – Worst club I've every been to. The bouncers are rude, the drinks are overpriced, and the music is even worse.
A trashy place filled with a trashy staff! – Let's begin from the beginning. There is a so-called "guest list" on the club's website, where you fill in your information and hope to get an email confirmation back. Keep hoping. Never happened for ANYONE in our party, even when some gave their information weeks before the event. After haggling with some very unfriendly doormen, we were let in to find the club completely empty (welcome to Hollywood). As the night progressed, the patrons became YOUNGER and YOUNGER (early 20s, if that!) and more and more intoxicated, leaving most of them passed out on couches, barely able to walk, or hold their heads upright. Really classy! Additionally, the male:female ratio was 1:99. Then when a member of our group was accidently kicked in the face by one of the club's go-go dancers, the go-go dancer verbally attacked and screamed at the group, threatening to have them kicked out of the entire club. Why? No idea. The go-go dancer never apologized either. After the bouncers got involved and BLAMED THE GROUP for the unfortunate incident, the night became progressively worse. Worst experience ever!
Great for a group, Be sure to pre-party! Take a cab instead of valet – SO, it was my boyfriend's B-day on Saturday and we needed to go to a club that could accomodate 10 of us. Without getting a table, we go in early, (10.15)--- The doorguys were actually really nice and we were able to do coat check too, right in the front- Nice and easy if you don't want to be dancing with your coat on!
So, after checking in our outdoor gear......we decided to have a birthday shot in the garden area----The bartenders outside were fun and energetic! They had a few redbulls already and got us excited for the night! After our Kamakazis, we headed in and had a drink at the libary bar. The girl bartender was nice enough and make us feel like we were cool---(Sometimes it's a little intimidating when you go to these clubs and these beautful people make you drinks)----Anyway, I digress, and after hearing the DJ play some really good songs, we all hopped onto the dance floor-
Wow, they had some go-go dancers, and crazy Circus-Stitlz guy, some Krunk dance off guys and a Circque de Solei type lady doing some acrobatic numbers from a tight-rope----We really didn't know what to think, but WoW! You don't find this at Area or Opera or GOA!
Lastly, at the end of the night...I almost forgot to close my Tab and instead of the bartender yelling at me for forgetting to pay out, He said I made his day for coming back and re-claiming my Amex. He also gave me a water to go with a cherry, and wished me and my boyfriend well on our way. This bartender, (who was the hottest bartender I've seen in L.A.) really made me feel special--Thanks Jet(?) for not giving us attitude and taking care of us!
In short....This is a really cool place. You have to at least see it once.......But get there early and get a reservation! Also, be sure to pre-party as the drinks are a bit steep!
Beautiful Club; Crowd in their 20's – The setting is worth checking out. A beautiful patio with cabanas and a big dancefloor with lots of beautiful people. The crowd is in their 20's and well-dressed. About half of the females were in dresses and the other half were in jeans. This past Saturday there were more females than males. Be there early because there is a long line.
BLVD3 – Big place with some decent looking people. Not bad place to spend a fri or thurs maybe, rather go somewhere else for Sat
Fun at Boulevard3 – My husband and I went in early June 07 and had a great night. They have se*y dancers on pilars, friendly wait staff, and lots of cool spaces to hang out in. The dance floor was crowded (as usuaul) but if you wanted to dance you could make room. The drinks were pricey, but that was to be expected, plus the no cover was good. We were on the guest list, others who were not were waiting for a chance to get in so we don't know how it goes if you are not on the list. We liked hanging out by the fire outside. Parking on the street was difficult on Saturday night, but we managed. Fun night!
misgivings – Personally, I found the way the staff at this place treated lesser persons than myself equally to be quite offensive. For example, I was forced to wash my own hands after using the bathroom. In addition, a pregnant woman bumped into me, causing my scotch and soda to shake, and the bartender didn't even call the authorities! When I had one of my flunkies beat the person about the head and elbows, they made us leave! How does that make sense? Sure, the people were friendly enough and the place nice, if you must be technical, but I would say avoid it if you are one of the chosen ones.
Great music, nice dancefloor...VERY average crowd. – I went to Boulevard3 this past Saturday and there was surprisingly no line at 11pm. We got in with no cover and the place was really nicely decked out. Super nice patio, large venue, easy access to bars, etc. I usually hate big crowds but this place in my opinion, was just a tad bit undercrowded. There was an entire room that basically wasn't occupied at all throughout the entire night. Although I really enjoyed the venue and atmosphere, I didn't feel it was the most popular place to be on a Saturday night. The dance floor was large and they played really good music; however, the crowd in general was not attractive. It's a good place to go if you want to save some money and not pay cover and you just plan on hanging out with your group of girls for the night. Not the place to be to people watch or socialize but great place to dance.
Way too good for LA – This club seems too good to be true. Friendly staff, AMAZING atmosphere. Not so crowded you feel suffocated. It's elegant but still manages to be fun. How the hell did a place like this end up in LA?
Mismanaged: What's the point of a reservation? – Reservation
1. An arrangement by which accommodations are secured in advance, as in a hotel or on an airplane.
2. The accommodations so secured.
3. The record or promise of such an arrangement.
I went with two friends to Boulevard3 on Saturday night to attend a birthday party. Upon arriving, there was a huge crowd at the door, and we soon found out why. Apparently they were "at capacity". There were two "lines", one for the guest list and one for table reservations, but they weren't letting anyone in at all except for about 10 people who knew the bouncer and manager.
Apparently B3 uses some fancy schmancy software to manage its guest lists and reservations (read in another review), but they either overbooked or let too many riff-raff in off the street and couldn't honor any other reservations for fear of breaking the maximum capacity fire code.
The bouncers kept yelling and asking why everyone was standing around after they announced that they wouldn't let anyone else inside. They didn't seem to understand that the reason was that everyone was angry because they had made reservations or paid for tables, and basically got lied to / double crossed / screwed. Boulevard3 managers: please note the definition of "reservation" and take steps to correctly implement it at your club before you become The Boy Who Cried Wolf. You'll soon find that people will stop making reservations with you at all if you can't keep them.
Summary: Missed the b-day party. What's the point of a reservation? Went to the Bowery instead.
PARKING NOTE: To alleviate those wearing heels, I used the valet. They informed me the cost was $20, and that they preferred to be paid *before* parking. I didn't even have that much cash with me (usually use cards for $20+). I told them I wasn't prepared for their overpriced, non-standard parking procedure, and they marked my claim tag and let me pay when I picked up my car. I should have taken the street spot I passed 3 blocks away instead.
lots of fun – my friends and i went and had such a good time. the bar staff was a little slow but everything else was great so it made up for it. the dj was awesome and played really good dance music. we will go back for sure.
Great dance floor, expensive drinks – This place reminded me of a big Vegas club. The dance floor is huge, the outdoor patio is great, and the bungalows looked very inviting. The place could have used more men, but the young crowd was a lot of fun. There was even a break dancing show. Very cool! There were three bars so I didn't have to wait long to get a drink, but they were expensive, $14 for a vodka tonic. The other problem I had, not the club's fault, was the valet. They made me walk a block down the street, after a long night of dancing in heals, to get my car. BOOO! But I'll definitely be back.
Beautiful venue with great music and a huge dancefloor – I love BOULEVARD3. The staff is amazing and friendly and the venue is beautiful. Everytime I have been to BOULEVARD3, i have an AMAZING time with friends. The crowd is fun and friendly and I never had to push to get drinks at the bar. The main dancefloor is awesome with cozy couches around the dancefloor. The lighting is perfect and there are always neat, performers such as fire spinners wondering around the crowd or ontop of the bar. If you aren't into the dancing, the outside patio lounge is very intimate and cozy. There is a fireplace that keeps the crowd warm with two large floating pools. I can't say a bad thing about BOULEVARD3. It's a fun place to go with your friends or on a date.
CLASSY, ELEGANT, FRIENDLY and FUN.....Is this really in LA? – I originally went to Boulevard3 for a movie premier party and it completely took my breath away. I had heard it was really nice from friends, but did not expect that a club in LA could possibly be this beautiful and elegant. It felt as if we had crashed someone's mansion party in the hills. After dancing all night in the ballroom and hanging out with my friends next to the floating fireplace in the garden, I knew I had to have my birthday party here. I had heard the place was really exclusive, so I was a little concerned about getting a reservation for my party. But, when I called the next day, they were so nice and helpful; they even asked me if I wanted them to order a cake or make any special arrangements!!!! When I arrived, the doormen (who are OH SO HOT, by the way!) greeted my with a "Happy Birthday" and walked us right over to our table. All night, the staff kept checking in with me to make sure our party was having a good time. The roaming performers were incredible and the confetti falling from the sky was awesome. They really made my birthday special and I felt so lucky to have had my b-day celebration in such a magical place. If you want to have a guaranteed wonderful time, then this is definitely the place to go.
Elitist "counter-club" fails miserably, even BEFORE making a reservation or stepping foot onto the property! – Booking a special event should be easy, especially if there is a website form to fill out but this is not true of blvd3. I wanted to have post-dinner birthday drinks for about a dozen people this Saturday. After completing the form online, I received an email "Hello, thanks for your interest in our venue! Prior to being able to confirm your reservation, I will need you to send me a guestlist of names that I can forward to the GM to check availability. Alos, are you interested in a table with bottle service? Speak with you soon!" Aside from the typo, the email came from a gmail address. Last I checked, it isn't chic of an elitist establishment to use gmail. I was taken back by the lack of respect for potential business & desire to procure a guestlist before availability was released. I wrote "I find it interesting that availability is based on the GM's prior viewing of my complete guestlist." The second response is probably the best ever written "I am sorry you took an afront to our request. Our partner Microsoft designed a custom doorlist software that necessetates a manual entry of each guest. Reservationists must enter each name of potential guests & it goes into a master list for approval. Each name is assigned a number & indicates/informs the number of reservations confirmed. This software was specifically designed to help us remain code compliant with occupancy laws governing nightclubs. It insures the intended guest receives entry. The doorlist software will not let me request spaces you need without data entry of each name. Understand this is not a form of disrespect, but rather adherance to our policy/methodology to fulfill your request. We fully understand the caliber/quality of your business & would be more than happy to help you confirm a reservation. In order to do so, we will need a list of names. Thank-you, in advance, for your understanding and cooperation." My advice for all: "DON'T GO TO BLVD3 TO SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY THERE, EVER."
Nothing but attitude. Never again! – If you want to spend a perfectly good saturday night standing outside while you're soupposed to be on the guest list, this is the place for you. Doormen have horrible attitude. Even with hot girls. They treat people like less than human at this place. Somehow they think they're better than you and me. Cuz they work the door at a club. Ooh. Aren't they special. Horrible people make it a horrible place. Bad experience. Stay away.
No Cover & Hot Chicks! Need I say more???? – This place is dope! I went to check it out after I heard from some friends that this was a cool place. I went expecting the usual B.S. and was blown away - no cover charge, no attitude at the door, the dancing was off the hook and there was smoking hot girls. You can't ask for more.
Not your typical LA club...this place is OFF THE HOOK! – It's about time.....finally, a fun place to go in LA! The design is amazing. It feels like you're in a club in NY or London. I first went here for Justin Timberlake's concert and it was one of the best concerts I've ever seen. Me and my girlfriends come here every weekend now and they always throw cool parties and there's always a great looking crowd. Went to their SNOW party this past Saturday and they had it snowing in the garden and in the ballroom....it was totally awesome. Celebrity watching is cool...aside from Justin, have seen Leonardo DeCaprio, Fergi & Josh Duhamel, George Clooney, the Simpson sisters (yes, Paris was here dancing abnoxiously on the couches), the Entourage dudes and that Mr. McDreamy guy. I think the owner is the guy from Skybar, but this place is wayyyyy more cool. The dancing is out of control and every night feels like New Year's eve or something. If you want a guaranteed fun night, then this place is your answer!
Millionaire's club...and that's not a good thing. – Well another "exclusive" Hollywood club has arrived and probably soon will disappear. This place is huge and very asthetically pleasing...and that's it. I'm sure for events this place would be fantastic but if your not willing to drop a load on bottles service you better pay in cash or your bank card will be littered with holds for a week. I spent 22 bucks on two drinks and closed my tab cause the place was dead on a Friday. The next day $322.00 was held on my account...Ridiculous. My roommate paid cash for his tab and they held $180.00 on his account...double ridiculous. Anyone less than rich; you have been warned.
SkyBar proprietor takes a swim at nightlife at former Hollywood Athletic Club pool and surrounding space. – In Short
Having turned the Skybar into a nightlife cliche, owner Peter Famulari has unveiled a seductively stylish nightclub at landmark Hollywood Athletic Club. Sharing common walls with uber-chic Social Hollywood, this nightclub-minded hotspot offers a spacious front courtyard with Starck-white cabanas and two reflective pools with Vegas-esque fire feature. The interior is now home to a manor-theme dance floor with second-floor of arched balconies containing individual VIP areas with plasma TVs and private concierge.
