I'm come to the conclusion that every dish at Slurping Turtle is almost to pretty and delicate to eat. But one whiff of shoyu ramen or tonkotsu, and you can't keep your spoon down. On a last visit for lunch, I actually gave the spicy salmon donburi (rice bowl) a try, and was loving the array of textures, heat and umami flavors. How can you go wrong with salmon, scallion, onion and flying fish roe all in one bowl?
